Serenity came out on a moments notice on weekend and fixed our dryer. Not only did the technician fix our problem, but we felt he went above and beyond what was expected by doing other general maintenance to the dryer for no extra charge. Also, when he showed up, our 2 year old son was in the middle of his nap and the technician was careful to keep the noise to a minimum so not to wake him. I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone!
